Busting through limiting beliefs
It's ok to dream big and start small. We can only achieve what we see in the realm of possibility. We can work our way up!
Not every decision is do or die.
It’s ok to dream big and start small.
What’s one small bet that committing to for the next month would show us if we’re on the right path?
Then, we keep going if it feels right.
Or stop and try something new if it doesn’t.
Busting through limiting beliefs
Sometimes, thinking of the bigger picture overwhelms instead of inspires.
It’s because our beliefs don’t match the vibration of that dream yet.
We don’t see it in the realm of possibility.
To make it possible, we have to get our beliefs to match the vibration of our dreams.
One usually doesn’t fix one's tendency to think negatively or question rules overnight.
We can begin busting through limiting beliefs by allowing ourselves to have as much of our dreams as we’re capable of giving ourselves.
For example, maybe quitting your job to pursue something like writing or a new business terrifies you.
It's too much of a leap.
So, instead, you sign up for a writing course or work on a business plan for the next month after work hours.
This creates traction and confidence in a way that meets you where you're at.
We may need to work on believing we can do those things, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy parts of it now.
What feels like a good stretch towards what you want?

Good Quote
“If you raise your standards but don't really believe you can meet them, you've already sabotaged yourself. You won't even try; you'll be lacking the sense of certainty that allows you to tap the deepest capacity that's within you... Our beliefs are like unquestioned commands, telling us how things are, what's possible and impossible and what we can and can not do. They shape every action, every thought and every feeling that we experience. As a result, changing our belief systems is central to making any real and lasting change in our lives.”
- Tony Robbins
Good Question
Move up the ladder to higher vibrations by writing at the top of a blank page:
Does my energy feel lower than I'd like it to be? What's one step I could take to improve it?
and see what flows from your pen. No judgment or editing.
