I challenge you to purge your apps
To lessen our stimulation and regulate our dopamine cycles we must get ruthless. Well-being over tech always.
Here’s another idea to help lessen our stimulation and regulate our dopamine cycles:
2. Remove optional tech from our lives.
This means purging apps on our phones.
To the point where we only keep the bare minimum, like maps and texting.
When I did my 48-hour dopamine detox, I deleted over twenty apps.
Amazon wasn't one of them; I'm not quite there yet.
But the fact that I feel I can’t live without it is all the more reason to delete it.
In Action
Experiment with this for 30 days and see what it feels like.
Remove Amazon and all social media apps, too.
My doctor said the immediate feedback of getting food or products delivered shoots our dopamine through the roof.
Instead, plan your meals, make lists, and cook.
Instead of using Prime, drive to the store.
Do you think you’ll try this?
If you missed my first idea for lessening stimulation, read it here.

Good Question
Move up the ladder to higher vibrations by writing at the top of a blank page:
Are there apps or habits in my life that I feel I can't live without?
and see what flows from your pen. No judgment or editing.
