4 steps to get on the path of manifesting
Follow these and you'll start attracting experiences, people, and resources at levels you previously believed impossible.
Here are four steps that get us on the path to manifesting.
Step 1: Intend.
Step 2: Visualize.
Step 3: Align.
Step 4: Embody.
Have you heard of this before or struggle with any specific ones?

Intend
Wayne Dyer describes Intention as:
“a strong purpose or aim, accompanied by a determination to produce a desired result…[it’s] a power that’s present everywhere…”.
Another way to think of Intention comes from Carlos Castaneda:
“Intent is a force that exists in the universe. When sorcerers (those who live of the Source) beckon intent, it comes to them and sets up the path for attainment, which means that sorcerers always accomplish what they set out to do.”
My #1 Intention-setting tip is connecting to our intentions through imagination.
The key to activating Intention lies in the thoughts we give our strongest emotions.
This brings us to the next step, which is visualizing.
To learn more about intention read my post here.
Visualize
Once we have an Intention, creating a strong emotion around it is crucial.
According to the Law of Attraction, if we focus on the state of where we want to go and how we want our life to look, we'll begin attracting experiences, people, and resources at levels that we previously believed impossible.
My favorite way to tap into emotion's power is to visualize five minutes daily.
All this takes is closing our eyes in a quiet place and intentionally seeing, feeling, hearing, and inhabiting the life of the person we're becoming.
Remember, if we focus on something we don’t have yet and our attention is on the lack of it, our vibration will continue to match the vibration of not having it.
So we'll continue to draw more of not having it.
This five-minute exercise stops this from happening and helps us get into alignment.
Align
With alignment, less effort creates more abundance.
It may feel counterintuitive, but when our actions come from an aligned space, we'll yield larger results if we force the flow less.
We can literally do less with more alignment.
If we look to the Universe as a guiding light, it is never one to force or exert too much energy.
We can always ask ourselves how the Universe would handle any situation and hopefully feel that desire for peace.
To let go when we feel too much tension or anxiety.
Embody
A common misperception about manifestation is that it’s ALL about our emotions.
That we can simply feel good and kick back and not lift a finger.
Imagine those feel-good emotions as a pile of wood.
Stacked perfectly, ready to reach its fullest potential energy.
Except, if you don’t strike a match (action) you can’t unleash the wood’s full potential.
The match on its own can provide some light.
The wood, by itself, only represents the possibility of potential.
Its ability to reach that potential hinges on that one small act of striking the match to light it.
Then God/ the Universe will expand that small act of faith into a roaring flame beyond what the match or wood could do alone.
Which of these steps do you find the easiest to follow? How about the hardest? Share it here!

Why emotions act as rocket fuel for manifesting
When what we want hasn't manifested
The thing no one tells us about manifesting
Good Quote
Good Question
Move up the ladder to higher vibrations by writing at the top of a blank page:
What does manifesting mean to me? How does it look and feel in my life?
and see what flows from your pen. No judgment or editing.
Good Thinking
Good Action
Get clear on your Intentions. If you feel resistance in any part of your life, it may be a sign of Intention conflicting with action. Sometimes, our Intentions are subconscious, and we don't realize they're counter to what we want. Take a walk or write out what you intend for work, family, etc., and see if your actions align with that. It can be out of habit or conditioning that we find these contradictions, but they are changeable!
